I plan to be a fit active 90 year old (both my grandmothers lived independently well into their 90s and my mother is a healthy 68 year old, my dad's going strong at 75!) I'm happily married to my husband who I met in college. We have been married for 18 1/2 years and have two sons, ages 6 & 8. II'm a stay at home mom who homeschools both boys. Thanks for adding me as a Sparkfriend! I like your attitude, I too, want to reach my ripe old years as healthy as can be. I recently read about the 100+ year old marathoner who "retired" from running marathons, recently, and an 85 year old who BASE jumped off of New River Gorge Bridge.

Yeah, I can only aspire to greatness, but folks who take care of themselves well into their old age are inspiring! Hope you're having a great week and good luck to you on al your goals! emoticon
