Hi Cheri,
We had talked about Fitbit the other day. I had never heard of it. And I wanted the Sparks Activity Tracker, but don't like to use a credit card on the computer. As well as have to pay an extra fee with customs. I live in Canada. So after you mentioned Fitbit, and that it could be used in Sparks, I looked it up on line to see if I could purchase one here, and it showed that they had them at our Best Buy's ...So I purchased Fitbit One, a couple days ago. And I just love it. I call it now my "little buddy", as it's always on my side daily, and on my wrist at night for my sleep patterns. And I was amazed as to how it worked for how long I slept, as well as to how many times I awoke, whch is often. As I do have sleep Apnea.
Anyways, thank you so much for introducing me to Fitbit. I so appreciate it.
