A Healthier Me

Hello All,
I am a 25 year old Pre-school teacher in Orange County NY. I just moved and started a new job and during all of this I lost track of what I was putting in my body, and stopped exercising. I used to run 5k's do yoga daily and do circuit training 4-5 times per week. But when I moved upstate, I stopped walking 3+ miles a day like I did in the city. Here I need to drive everywhere and my body is not liking it!

My Goals:
My main goal is just to be healthier over all. My family has tons of medical problems and I would love to avoid all of that by keeping myself as healthy as possible.

My Program:
I am eating as healthfully as I can without making myself crazy. I eat lots of veggies and fruit, try to eat a low-fat diet, and workout 6 days a week. I am also a huge fan of the green smoothie!

Personal Information:
I am 25, from Orange County NY. I am attending Graduate school for Early Childhood Education and planning a big move to Colorado in about 2-3 years.

Other Information:
I am a big reader. I love to read, but I also love Yoga, and try to do it at least 2-3 times a week. I would love to try a Bikram class someday, but it might take a while for me to get the confidence to get to one!

Sigh... I have let go in the past half a year (since we met up...) as well.... Now I'm heavier than when I started at the beginning of the last year, but THIS TIME it's for real! ... right? :(
I could really used a SparkBuddy - how are you doing and how are you liking upstate?
