Weight loss has become my #1 Priority
3/22/09 To quit smoking and stay quit WAS my #1 priority since December 16th 2007, (see below), now that I have that licked it's time to turn my sights on losing weight. Effective today my #1 priority has become losing the weight I gained from replacing one bad habit, smoking, with another, eating. Those of you who know me know I'll need all the help I can get. I joined Spark People last April (08) and have only managed to lose 3 pounds. I have to figure out what works for me, ...

I joined Spark People last April (08) and have only managed to lose 3 pounds. I have to figure out what works for me, which to this point has eluded me. I'm willing to listen to any suggestions anyone may have. 4/14/08 I quit smoking, first priority, at 9:09 P. M. on December 16, 2007 and haven't stopped eating since. I've got the smoke-free part under control at the moment so now it's time to start working on all the weight I've gained. “It’s hard to beat a person that never gives up.”...and I intend to be that person!
