Lifestyle, not diet.

Healthy fuel for my body.

68 pounds and 39.50 inches down since 2 September 2012 (my SparkPeople start date).

A total of 85 pounds down all together from my heaviest weight.

Other Information:

Thank you for your sweet comments on my pottery. Most of all the enjoyment of the process is really giving me relief from stress. I rarely go to sugar for stress relief on the days I'm at the studio. This three week break between classes, with the studio closed has gotten me into trouble with sugar. But I bought some clay to play with at home doing "hand-building" Making birdbaths since almost everyone wants one. emoticon
