I want to lose at least 15 more pounds, then I will be at a lighter weight than when I got married, almost 50 years ago (April 6th).
I try to eat very little bread. I drink a lot of water. I exercise daily.
I have lived in Kentucky for almost my entire life with the exception of living in Arizona back many years ago. My husband and I are caretakers of a wonderful handicapped young man who came to live with us when he was only 7 months old. He will be 28 on March 1st. We also have a son and a daughter.
I enjoy reading, crocheting, and hand applique quilting.
