I want a soccer players body, not a soccer moms!
This has been the hardest thing I have ever had to do, being overweight and trying to balance out unhealthy eating habits. In 2005 I hit an all time high of 250 pounds, I pretended like I was happy .. always smiling hoping I could fake my way through life. This has been the hardest thing I have ever had to do, being overweight and trying to balance out unhealthy eating habits. In 2005 I hit an all time high of 250 pounds, I pretended like I was happy .. always smiling hoping I could fake my way through life. But one day I woke up and realized I was wasting my life, and hoping that one day I would be thinner and healthier wasn't going to cut it, I was actually going to have to work for it. At first my weight melted off, the first 30 pounds was pretty easy I had my highs and lows losing some, gaining some ... after just 2 years I had lost 80 pounds, something that seemed like a miracle to me because I love food and hated to exercise! I ended up having my 3rd baby in 2007, after having him I had to work even harder to get rid of the baby weight and keep losing. This last year though is when it all has changed for me ... my body has shifted in the most wonderful way, even though I don't weigh my ideal I went from losing weight to getting rid of fat and building lean muscle, now I have a waistline of 30 inches (that has never happened before) I wear a size 10 pants, medium shirt ... my hips are slimming down, I have biceps and just recently I am positive that I see some ab muscles that are showing though lol The thing is 4 years ago I wouldn't have believed this story could be mine I cant tell you how much I hated changing my lifestyle because of how much I loved food and how much I hated to sweat but here I am so happy with how I feel and look ... I have this energy that I didn't ever have and I expect more from life than I ever have. So even though my journey isn't over yet if I had to say one thing about changing who you are to become who you want to be I would say, don't give up ... don't stop trying and those small things that you say no to today will make a difference, even if you don't say no tomorrow. There were many times when I turned down cake one day just to eat a cookie 3 days later ... it happens so just keep making the best choices you can make for today!

My Goals:
Lose my "baby weight" and get back to my pre-baby body! "Fix" my arms, because I have a larger upper half, regardless of my weight my arms are big. The only time they have slimmed down was when I was doing P90X. See 125 Pounds or below on the scale. Strengthen and tone my body ... I want long lean muscles. I want to tone up my upper inner thighs. When I see women dancing on TV (usually music videos) they have amazing legs and I want them.
My Program:
Cardio: 45 Minutes 5x A Week. Strength: 15 Minutes 5x A Week. Follow a Paleo Lifestyle.
Personal Information:
I cannot live without music. Music makes me feel like I am alive. I love the outdoors, if I am feeling down about life I can go outside for a walk or hike or play tennis and I feel like life is worth living and it will all be okay. I am a Christian but feel like I will never be able to do God justice so I wake up everyday and I pray for strength to resist all temptation that comes my way. I have been with my husband, Kevin since 1999 and we have 4 children.
Other Information:
I love hiking!!! I like to walk every morning, I feel like it sets my day. My favorite part of working out is with weights and core exercises. I love being outside and by the water, I feel happy when I am outside and when I listen to music. I want to live everyday feeling proud and when I have a not so proud moment I want to move on from that moment to a proud moment not even letting that bump slow me down.
