This week's goals:
(01/01/12 - 01/07/12)
1) Eat a healthy breakfast everyday
2) Try at least one new exercise video or class
3) Post my goals where I can see them
Right now, I am taking this one day at a time. If I slip - and New Year's Eve was NOT good - I will not give up, I will pick myself up and start again.

We all stumble every once and awhile. What's important is that we learn from it and we get right back on track afterward. I myself had a REALLY REALLY bad week about 2 weeks ago, & come weigh day last week, the scale registered an 8.6lb GAIN! OMG! Needless to say, I immediately went on a 7-day Sizedown Plan (Monday-Sunday last week) and I'm happy to report that I not only rid myself of the 8.6lbs I gained, but another 1.25 as well! Whew! That was way too close. Won't be doing that kind of nonsense anytime soon. But it just reminds you that we are all human. I'm happy to hear that you're back in this though. Let me know if there is anything at all you need ok?

I see from your food logs that you made the carrot cake recipe. Lol Love the title you gave it too by the way! You're silly. Anyway, just wanted to report that I'm doing a lot better exercise wise this week. My calf has been just fine and I've been able to work out every day this week so far. I think I'm going to take tomorrow off, but do Sunday, just because that will be my "last chance workout" before my weigh-in on Monday. I hope you are having a really fantastic week and keep fighting the good fight. Eventually, you will come out the victor!

Thanks for the pumpkin & listening to me whine today! I truly appreciate it. Hope you liked the muffin-tops. I will bring you some of the pumpkin ones once I make 'em. Maybe tomorrow, we'll see. I decided to pass on the cookie booth.
