Really, I could not have made through the year without my Spark friends. For you all have been there and being an inspiration for me to keep going. If you are ...

In many ways I'm a little bit of a information magpie, collecting shiny things from all over the place and lining my nest with them. I'm glad to hear you're enjoying my shinies!

Sometimes I wonder if it wouldn't be easier if both my wife and I hadn't both settled on endurance sports. Three kids makes it "interesting", particularly as they get involved in more and more activities.

Thanks for commenting on my "kettlebell" status. I really like the kettlebells. The workout is fun and challenging. Kettlebells provide a cardio and strength workout.

Thanks, Bruce
