    I saw your comment about gaining weight when you start to work out. The Science behind it is that depending on what you are doing you are breaking down and tearing your muscle groups, normal process. For most people your body responds by retaining fluid in the "injured" areas for as long as 2-3 weeks? Being cognitive of drinking enough water, tracking food and calories will eventually result in a drop, sometimes 5 pounds in a week when your body "lets go" so keep up the good work and don't over think the scale just yet!
