2014.....full of possibilites...

I've done this for a long time and hope this is the last time I attempt to change my eating habits and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

I'm focusing on eating clean foods. Avoiding any processed foods. Slowly adding to my workouts and increasing them day by day.

I loved kickboxing but had to stop the classes due to knee problems. These DVDs aren't as intense as punching and kicking the heavy bags in class, but they are very good.
