for the comment on my blog. That is a way to look at it, and I hadn't even thought about it that way! 21 days=new habit! I'm working hard on posting my foods daily! (other things too)...but that will be a good one to see how much easier it is a few weeks from now!
I loved kickboxing but had to stop the classes due to knee problems. These DVDs aren't as intense as punching and kicking the heavy bags in class, but they are very good. I still have to adapt some high impact moves (jump rope) and other moves too. But, I do some part of it every other day.
