My goals are to get down to 180 pounds - I've been there before & it was a happy weight for me.
In the process I hope to teach myself new ways to cook healthy (easy) foods & get into an exercise routine.
I'm going to follow Spark People to help me track my daily food intake & calories.
I found a website that gave me a calorie range to stay within & to help me "zig-zag" my daily calories to help lose weight (http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_ calculator.htm)
I'm also going to start adding exercise back into my routine.
I'm 26, from SW Virginia. I have a wonderful boyfriend, and between the 2 of us we have 3 (usually) great fur-babies. I enjoy being outdoors, learning new things, the beach, cheap wine, expensive beer, a good book, and of course chocolate.
Hey! Saw your comment, thanks so much. BLC is biggest loser challenge. It is loosely based off the show the bigger loser, but is way safer of course :). We are in teams, it is 12 weeks, we have weekly challenges and a group discussion. It is great, and I love all the support I get from my teammates!!
