I've come up with the following fitness schedule: First of all - I plan to do some form of cardio 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes. Sunday - 60 minutes of cardio-walking or bicycling and 30 minutes strength - legs Monday - 30 to 60 minutes cardio at the gym and 30 minutes strength - abs Tuesday - 60 minutes Zumba, 60 minutes Line dancing Wednesday - 60 minutes water aerobics class and 30 minutes strength - Abs Thursday - 60 minutes water aerobics class Friday - 30 to 60 minutes cardio either at home or the gym and strength - chest, shoulders Saturday - 30 - 60 minutes cardio home or gym and strength - back, arms
