Hello. I'm extraordinary to my husband and son (and a cat and a dog), and that's enough for me. I love my friends and family. They're pretty awesome! I am a work-outside-the-home mom; and I've made it my goal to hit the gym each afternoon, after I get off work. So far, so good! I am steadily losing weight; feeling more energetic; and getting stronger. I'm not looking for a "quick-fix" but for a life-long change in the way I take care of my health. My Goals:
Be healthy. Stay healthy. I'm going to treat my body like it's a temple. Get rid of things which make the mind, body and soul toxic. Surround myself with only good and kind-hearted people. Place myself FIRST once in a while.

My Program:
I'm sticking to a recommended meal / nutrition plan. I'm also exercising 4 x each week.

Never surrender ... I like that ... I might have to make it a new mantra. :) Thanks for your comments. It helps to know that I am not the only one with *mommy* issues (lol). I struggle so much with guilt when I get angry with her. I mean, she is my Mom ... I am kind of forced to love her. ;-) But I am learning that loving her doesn't mean allow her thoughts and criticisms to rule my life. :) hope you have an awesome day!
