Thank you for reading and commenting on my blog especially the support for my GRADUAL approach to both fitness and weight loss. We’re all on the same journey and it doesn’t matter who gets there first.
There's nothing wrong with 12-13 min miles either. Just thing how much faster that is than those who sit at home and never try.
