I discovered I had been living with a bad food allergy to gluten which was really slowing me down. since going gluten free I have lost weight faster, I am healthier, my immune system is AMAZING while prior it was non existant, my moods have improved everything just got better.
then the best thing ever happens to me, my partner of 5 years proposes and now Im going to be someones wife!

I am so motivated to kick this fat a** to the curb and replace it with the athletic healthy person I was intended to be.
So, so Happy with life right now, I just want my outsides to match how my insides feel :)

Hi Chris, How was the wedding? I hope it was perfect for you. Did you meet all of your Goals? I'm back needing help from friends. I have to drop 50 pounds by my birthday, August 14th. I have to have back surgery. My L5, in my lower spine, is bone on bone because of my arthritis. I started back on the 9th of Feb. and I've lost 5 pounds so far. Hopefully more when I weigh in on Saturday Feb.23. I'm praying your still here. I look forwad to hearing from you. emoticon

Hey :) I just noticed your comment on my page ! Sorry I've been busy lately and not online much. I'm the lady getting married in Casa Loma ? The Arts and Letters club in downtown will be beautiful !!! You look like your doing great with your weight loss ! Good for you! I dislocated my knee so I can't do any exerise at the moment but to make up for it I cut my calories way back. In a way its a good thing because I could never get myself to diet and now I am on a 'routine' healthy low calorie food so once my knee can move again I can get back on my exerise again and speed things up ! All the best; and congrats on your wedding :)

Hi Chris thank you for getting back to so quick. I'll have to try the cornbread and bisquick recipes soon. I miss bread and use to eat quite a bit of it. I bought a breadmachine recipe book so I'm going to try one of the recipes that looked close to what I use to make. Been a little apprehensive about it I hate to waste all the products. Wish me luck an I'll keep you posted. Today I pick enough lettuce from my garden to have a salad for supper with some left. If the rain lets up I will be able to get the rest of the garden planted. Hi Chris, I'm GF and trying to lose at least 15 lbs that's my start anyway. I'm tired of paying so much for bread but haven't found a recipe I can make in my breadmachine that gets over 3 1/2" tall and doesn't weigh a ton! If you have any recipes for bread that turn out let me know I would appreciate it. Hope you are doing well on your journey and wish you good luck. Lucinda from Macomb, Illinois United States
