    So I hope you are still embracing your weight loss journey each day. Here is something I want you to think about and possibly write about in your journal...Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything. Maybe it's about unbecoming everything that isn't really YOU, so you can be who YOU were meant to be in the first place. Remember, if it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you so be sure to make the necessary adjustments to your exercise plans and weight loss goals accordingly. Have a wonderful and blessed week!

    Always remember, at the end of the day, all you need is HOPE and STRENGTH. HOPE that it will get better, and STRENGTH to hold on until it does. Never forget how far you've come. Everything you have gotten through. All the times you have pushed on even when you felt you couldn't. All the mornings you got out of bed no matter how hard it was. All the times you wanted to give up but you got through another day. Never forget how much strength you have learned and developed. Simply put, never stop believing in HOPE because miracles happen everyday!

    I really like your icon "worry less, run more". I'm not a runner. I'm lucky I'm walking a few house lengths. Starting up with physical therapy tomorrow so hope it helps me gain strength and mobility. Now to find a way to stop binging in the evening.
