I want to start my 50's at a healthy weight and feel better than I do now. I hope to be at or near my goal weight by my 50th birthday. This is my birthday present to myself. I want my body back to the way it was!
I am watching everything I eat and logging in my food and calorie intake. I am eating enough calories of healthy food needed to fuel my weight loss and meet my nutritional needs. My plan is daily cardio exercise to burn fat and get my heart in shape and a weight training program to build muscle, which will rev up my metabolism.
