My Goals:
I would like to loose about 30 lbs and get back in shape again. I enjoy running and the extra weight is holding me back.

My Program:
I've been doing the low carb, high fat version of paleo/primal. Since becoming more strict with my carbs, I'm starting to see lbs move! I have also recently started taking some progesterone, which seems to be helping, too!


Personal Information:
I am happily remarried as of 11/11/11. I have two daughters (ages 23 and 21) and two dogs. I have taught in Montessori elementary schools and other private schools since 2001.

Other Information:
I enjoy hiking, and run/walking. In the past I have completed several half marathons and one full marathons. I also do some body weight strength training, barre, and yoga occasionally.
