This part of my journey of life started in Jan. 2012. Joined a class at the Y and have been inspired since. I have three beautiful children who enjoy it with me. I'm half way to my goal weight, but it's not just the numbers I'm improving. It's the whole package! Life is a journey of constant changes. I'm going to keep on smilin through this journey...
This week marked a year since I started by healthy lifestyle change. I have been sparking for eight months. I have learned and gained so much from this part of my journey.
I have lost 75 lbs and gained so much! I have gained confidence, strength physically and emotionally, energy, inspiration, friends, and the list goes on and on.
It has been 2 and a half years since I started on this journey. Wow, that has gone quickly! I am proud of all that I have learned and accomplished! I do need to remind myself of that... I lost 85lbs, but have gained 5 to 10lbs. No big deal, but I know how quickly it could go backwards. I am aware and learning so I will keep fighting for this new lifestyle. I love all that I have acquired on this journey. The ups and the downs teach me all the time. I will keep living and pushing each moment with a smile! Thank You Lord!
Wow! It has been about four years since have started this part of my journey. It is interesting looking back. I have regained around 25lbs but have gained and learned so much in so many ways.
Yes, there may always be a struggle, but it is finding ways to adapt, learn, and move on.
I have learned to love yourself no matter what and to keep reaching no matter what...
I am now a personal trainer, a indoor cycle instructor, and water instructor. Somebody i never thought or dreamed I would be. Yes, I am still a mom, wife, teacher, and the list goes on...
Just taking one moment and one breathe at a time... enjoying this life I have been blessed with!

Thanks for the encouraging goodies! It's been an emotional roller coaster of a week. Funeral for a friends little boy today... today will be rough but things are going ok. Hope things are going well for you!!
