This part of my journey of life started in Jan. 2012. Joined a class at the Y and have been inspired since. I have three beautiful children who enjoy it with me. This week marked a year since I started by healthy lifestyle change. I have been sparking for eight months. I have learned and gained so much from this part of my journey.
I have lost 75 lbs and gained so much! I have gained confidence, strength physically and emotionally, energy, inspiration, friends, and the list goes on and on.

Attend y weight meetings.

Take water aerobics,spinning,cardio classes, go to the gym.
Try new classes.
Trainer at least once a month.
Signed up for Color Me Rad in June.
Tracking calories.

On my husband's family farm. I'm 38 and 5"1or2. Love reading, camping, enjoying the outdoors whether it is biking,hiking,etc.
