    NMTZ is AWESOMENESS!!! I like it more because it's totally focused on weight training... though I have to admit I haven't done the dvd in a while because my strength training has been body sculpt classes & trying to finish up the Self magazine challenge workouts (UGH only two workouts to go then I'm DONE!).... sigh, well, bless Jillian & her serious ass-kicking. Love her!!!

    No More Trouble Zones is intense... it's fully strength training as opposed to her other dvds that incorporates some cardio into her workouts. I kinda like it for that reason because I typically get cardio in at the gym (running, spinning, machines etc) & if I don't strength train there, I'll pop in a dvd or something. I've also heard her cardio kickboxing workouts are good (they're on youtube!) but haven't tried those out. They offer the classes at the gym so I'm tempted to try it out... I did try a bootcamp class this week & LOVED it.

    I hear you on the battle with food too. It's BECOME the main issue wtih me & probably why I've plateaued so nicely. It's almost like I need to get back into that mindset like I have 50lbs to lose to make the last 15ish lbs as equally important...

    I love the grey cat (awww kitty!) in your pics & I have seen Anchorman MORE times than I can count on both hands & feet. I adore Will Ferrell! emoticon
    Just reading your SP page you've come down from the 150s nice & steadily... it's been taking me a long time, that I had to take a mental break from weighing in. Progress isn't what it used to be.
    I think it's awesome you're doing JM's 30 DS & her two latest cds... I really like No More Trouble Zones (OW!). Out of anyone, she's probably been the MOST inspirational to me.

    wow - you are almost at your goal! congrats!! as for music in boston...the venues that i frequent are bank of america pavilion, paradise lounge, regatta bar, new house of blues, harpers ferry, sometimes i'll trek down to gilette (i think thats the current name - old great woods), maybe even the garden....sometimes TT bears in cambridge or somerville theatre..its a start! where did you move from?
