Conditions of Victory

I used to be a champion fencer at a national level. I used to be an archery marksman. I used to be a gymnast, a martial artist, and an amazing athlete.

Then came 8 years of intense clinical depression and with it, weight gain.

Now I'm just tired of defining myself by everything that I USED to be. As of May 10, 2013, I'm ready to start defining myself by all the possibilities that lie ahead.

The program? Move more. Eat smart. Track everything.
