Quit smoking and not gain a lot of weight during that process. To lose weight in a healthy way that I can stick to in the present and future. Be a healthier, non-smoking, happier me!
I don't really have a program. I try to watch portion sizes, eat fresh vegetables and fruits, drink at least 64 ounces of water a day, and try to get 30 minutes of some sort of fitness activity a day.
40+ (closer to 50 now) Mom of two, Grandma (Hamma) of one. Have been married for over 23 years. We have one very spoiled pitbull dog (no he isn't mean!) who thinks he is a 4 year old child. Have worked for the company I'm with for over 17 years. Live in small town Iowa, so small there isn't even a bar but we do have 3 churches.
Thanks for the comment on our hot-air balloon ride picture. We were celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I really don't know why that was my #1 but it was for lots of years and I highly recommend that you go for it!
