I found that doing it alone is not an option any more I need my friends here on Spark Poeple and I love them all.
Without them I would not make it.
I just was so Tired of being fat falling off the chair to tie my shoes and the snickers behind my back when I was in public. I used to make fun of myself to lighten the embarresment that people around me were feeling but all that did is make them laugh and me inside cry, That's no way to Live.
So I am changing that one ounce at a time and helping others is what got me more and more into it and Spark People has saved my life as I continue on this mission to not be sad inside but to break out,crack the shell and get to the new and inner me that's always been there longing to escape my own bonds by my own making. Only I can break it but Together with spark people and wonderful, caring, thoughtful & giving people the change is happening, Right before my eye's so won't you join me in making this change before it's too late. As I give to other's I gain Respect & Confidence for myself & for every person I can help you've got to Give to Gain.

My Brother Col. Richard B. after a 14 month tour in Iraq is Home. He May have to back again in 2010. God please watch over him and all the men and women who serve the USA.
