21 Day Fix Round 1

I need to lose about 50 lbs to make it to my ultimate goal but plan to make small goals to keep me motivated along the way. I need someone to keep me honest about what I eat and when I eat and to help me feel good about my small achievments. I've read that it takes 4 weeks to see weight changes in yourself, 8 weeks for your friends and family to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. I've started over many, many, many times but I'm ready to not ever have to "start over" ...

I've started over many, many, many times but I'm ready to not ever have to "start over" again. I weigh more now than I ever have in my entire life and am also the most unhealthy I've ever been. I am sooo ready for change. I need to learn a new life style not start a new diet. I'm using the 21 Day Fix and I am ready to do this!!!

Other Information:
I want to be able to run a 5K without stopping. I want to be able to play with my kids without having to stop and catch my breath. I want to be a good role model for my kids. I want to feel good about myself. I want to be able to wear a bathing suit without being self concious the entire time. I want to get a family picture done that I can be proud of.
