Gettin' back to health.
I will turn 60 soon and would like to get my weight down to 175 before I turn 60 and a half. I weighed 170 my senior year of HS. I know, sounds like a lofty goal, but I've lost so much muscle mass and gained so much flubber that I think my goal can be accomplished. Just hope I can keep it off once I reach my goal weight.
