My Program:
Right now I am focusing on food. Making small changes. Trying to exercise self control on my portion sizes. I am also starting small on my exercise program so I don't scare myself off. 3 days a week of strength and cardio.

Personal Information:
I am a mother of two great kids and I have an awesome husband. I work full time in youth development and love it. They feed me too much junk and I have been really really good at passing it up. I live in a small town in Utah. I drive a 1974 super beetle and a 2011 Subaru Impreza.

Don't make changes soon...make them TODAY! This is a hard time to "be good" but if you think of this time of year as the most difficult, then you should be able to overcome any other scenario! I'm looking forward to chatting again!

Hey Girly! The first couple times I did a video blog I felt like that too.....I was a little self conscience....then I realized NO ONE ELSE IS IN THE ROOM WITH ME :) ...So then I just started talking to the camera like I would talk to my girl friends! You'll get use to it.

YEAH 7 weeks! I'm really excited! I'm SO sick of planning :( At this point I just want someone else to do all the rest. Well, I'm running to the gym! Gotta go :)
