Which ever team can post the highest number of fitness minutes per team member today, takes this week's bragging rights!! So KEEP TRACK of ANY FITNESS minutes you do today, whether it be housework, fitness videos,jogging, yard work,gym workout, swimming, aerobics, walking, running, bicycling, Strength training, yoga, hiking,canoeing, kayaking, washing the car by hand, mowing, and lots more!!!!
Let's boot up our workouts and increase our fitness minutes. Sneak in some additional minutes throughout the day. When you go to the bathroom, do two minutes of WPUs, dance to your favorite tunes during commercial breaks, take a walk over your lunch hour, dust off your fitness dvds, etc.
