Hi Cindi - thanks for the prompt! Fact is, travelling around, I've decided to stop logging food and fitness - too complicated. Have my own little food weighing scales, but the bathroom scales in this house are just plain old LIARS, so will weigh in when I get home to London.
Which means I've not been on SP much - but I'm still watching what I eat, taking exercise and I will be back at the end of January. Meanwhile, good luck with the Fit and Organised Team - they sound formidable! 2601 days ago
