Taking my downsizing one day at at time. Even if it is just a baby step.
My Walking Motivation: at this time is training for 3 half-marathons that I have signed up to do this year.
I am an "early" retiree without a life(LOL) and a pedometer, I find walking relaxing and energizing.. Being an early bird and DH is a night owl, I get up in the morning and" hit the road" and usually walk for hours and the miles just add up..
I also helps having a goal why I am walking and training so hard.
Thank you for commenting on my spark feed.. I agree, this has been going on too long now and rest is best. Following doctors orders. I found some old Denise Austin Yoga DVD's that I am going to try out for some stretching. Wishing you a Happy Weekend!
Thanks... I'm Ok now. Thankfully it didn't go too far down my throat - could have been so much worse! Gave me a tetanus shot and some very strong anti-biotics which had me really out of it for the week. Ordered a Grill-Stone to clean the grill from now on. No more wire grill brushes for me!
