    Glad to see from your post your not giving up dispite the disks problems !! I know how HARD that is ! I have severe otheoporsis with my spine crumbling and it HURTS badly bringing with it stenosis. Also spondylolsis and severe arthrisis in my spine which I just had shots in on Weds. So yeah like you I hurt and so badly, but yeah like you I will NOT give up !!! You GO Girl !!!!!

    thank you for your prayers I certainly can use them, sometimes I forget to ask for prayer for help with myself, but I am thankful for your prayers, I feel better today, and I don't want to binge eat for along time, its a waste of time and energy. I want to be as honest with myself as I can which is usually hard for me. But I feel the blogging helps. Thank you for your encouragement and keep up encourageing other people it made my day today emoticon
