My goal is simple - to be healthy and happy.
Tracking my food intake and fitness, eating better and making as much food as possible for myself and my children.
Every spring/summer I have a large garden of fresh vegetables. My children and I enjoy the fresh veggies on our plates and in recipes. I am still learning new ways to incorporate what I grow into our food.
In my spare time, I love to bake, read and scrapbook. I am also a Sudoku fiend.
