Utilize spark nutrition log utilize spark workout log Eat fresher and healthier foods. Replace soda with water Look at myself in the mirror everyday and find something I like. I can do this

I love to workout it makes me feel so much better. Reading is a huge hobby. The Twilight series from Staphenie Meyer is wonderfull I am addicted read all four twice. Stephen King is excellent. I try to throw in other things once in awhile . Selfhelp books health food. My two favorite Tlevision programs are Supernatural and The Biggest Loser. Movies pretty much anything that will take me away. If I am sick it is Vin Diesel or Johnny Depp they make me feel better. Ford Trucks the bigger the better and my Motorcycle I dont get to spend enough time on it but some is better than none.
Smiling is infectious: you catch it like the flu, When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too. I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin When he smiled I realized I'd passed it on to him. I thought about that smile and then I realized it's worth! A single smile, just like mine, could travel the 'round the earth. So if you feel a smile begin, don't leave it unprojected. Let's start and epidemic quick, and get the world infected!
