Hello Everyone
It is 2012. Goals and expectations this year. Honestly I really dont know. I would love to lose 50lbs. Getting back into working out is a huge goal for me. I have an injury to my shoulder going through physical therapy. When I am done with that I need to get stronger.
Journaling my food intake is a huge goal and being truthfull about it. The only one I am hurting is myself. Also I need to get my finances into shape. That is about it. I am very unorganised. The only ...

Journaling my food intake is a huge goal and being truthfull about it. The only one I am hurting is myself. Also I need to get my finances into shape. That is about it. I am very unorganised. The only way to get any of this done is to set an organised plan and stick with it.

My son is 19 now. Wow time flies. He's a good man. Wants to be a vet.
I work at Caridian BCT I am an assembler of disposable blood bags

I love to workout it makes me feel so much better.
Reading is a huge hobby.
The Twilight series from Staphenie Meyer is wonderfull I am addicted read all four twice. Stephen King is excellent. I try to throw in other things once in awhile . Selfhelp books health food.
My two favorite Tlevision programs are Supernatural and The Biggest Loser.
Movies pretty much anything that will take me away. If I am sick it is Vin Diesel or Johnny Depp they make me feel better.
Ford Trucks the bigger the better and my Motorcycle I dont get to spend enough time on it but some is better than none.
