2015 Year to Tri

Third time lucky (I hope)

This year I am focused on physical achievements and proving how strong I am. (I also hope this will lead to a lean and more toned me)

So with my daughter I have worked out a series of events that I intend to partake in over the 12-months of 2015.

January
1st January - 5k - Cannon Hill Park Run - Free Entry - Goal Met 30:30

February
15th February - 10k - Tempo 10k Winter Road Race, Stratford-upon-Avon - ...

Now I haven't actually paid my entry yet for any of these, so I reserve the right to change an event if I can't enter (cheques will start to go out at the end of January)

propaby because alot of teuats are done when you jump up onto a high box so guess you are in the air with the jump. emoticon
