My Mantras, My Rules

Time for a revamp of my page:

On 14th October 2013 I set myself some goals to achieve within 1-year:
- To reach my goal weight (133lb)
- To run a 5k with my daughter
- To run a 10k with my daughter
- To get control of my life

With 6 weeks to go
- I am nearly at Goal weight (134.8lb)
- I have run a dozen 5ks with my daughter
- We will run our first 10k on 21st September
- While life isn't perfect I do feel more in control ...

So I am look at the next year's goals:
- Maintain between 126lb and 133lb
- Train for and complete an Olympic Distance Triathlon
- Run the Longleat Half Marathon
- Achieve greater balance in my life.
