2015 Year to Tri

Third time lucky (I hope)

This year I am focused on physical achievements and proving how strong I am. (I also hope this will lead to a lean and more toned me)

So with my daughter I have worked out a series of events that I intend to partake in over the 12-months of 2015.

January
1st January - 5k - Cannon Hill Park Run - Free Entry - Goal Met 00:30:30

February
15th February - 10k - Tempo 10k Winter Road Race, Stratford-upon-Avon - ...

19th July - Sprint Tri - Birmingham Triathlon - Entry Paid

Being more active (at least 10,000 steps per day)

Thanks for reading & commenting as always... It's funny, I picked up a "Beginner's Triathlon" magazine last week, didn't realize that it was a UK edition! (Caught my eye w/a blurb about "Best Tri's for Beginners")
Now wouldn't THAT be a destination!!!
