loved your description of your activities!!! how funny ..indeed it would be interesting to know what the neighbors are saying!! Who gives a tinkers dam....??? so just do what you wanna do and enjoy!! Great for getting into the lake and going for it..no the mucky monster doesn't like rubber...so you are OK..

Morag..I like that...indeed I think I shall have to dub my Highlander by that name! Thank you!!

I hope you get a good nites rest !!

You are doing great with your maintance program...do not forget that often when you begin a new exercise or activity you will possibly gain a pound or two..tis ok..it is muscle and will all smooth out. Eat healthy as you are and all will be well!!

M - the meeting that I went to was quite interesting. there were NO recent retirees who attended. I think that the average age was about 95...not that I have anything against older people, but I did't find anyone to talk to...no one with similar interests. I thought that perhaps the group might be involved in volunteer work in the community but it was fairly clear that most of the group would not be up to doing that sort of thing. Well, nothing ventured, nothing gained! But it certainly did make me feel young!

Thanks for the visit - good to see you back, just in time for the BLC. Yikes! CAMO seems very dedicated and it'll be HARD but fun, I think!

Good weekend,
Michelle
