My Mantras, My Rules

Time for a revamp of my page:

On 14th October 2013 I set myself some goals to achieve within 1-year:
- To reach my goal weight (133lb)
- To run a 5k with my daughter
- To run a 10k with my daughter
- To get control of my life

In one year I aceived:
- I am Goal weight (132lb) - now bouncing around as my weight settles
- I have run a dozen 5ks with my daughter
- I ran my first 10k on 21st September in 62mins 51s, daughter ...
Time for a revamp of my page:

- To get control of my life

In one year I aceived:
- I am Goal weight (132lb) - now bouncing around as my weight settles
- I have run a dozen 5ks with my daughter
- I ran my first 10k on 21st September in 62mins 51s, daughter bottled it, but promises to run with me 23rd November
- While life isn't perfect I do feel more in control

So by 13th October 2015 I want to achieve:
- Maintain between 126lb and 133lb
- Train for and complete an Olympic Distance Triathlon
- Run the Longleat Half Marathon
- Reduce my body fat percentage
- Achieve greater balance in my life.

That IS a great point - that my son made sure that everyone got home safely even though he hit a high rate of speed on the interstate coming home himself... (poor thing, he probably knew he was done for either way ;-)

We love dogs, and training them is what we do. We also have some horses we plan to train this coming summer, even at our ages. lol

I love all the comments but I am seriously considering your idea--freeze them and have an occasional treat, and give some to my BF. The rest will go to the flying monkeys instead of beer emoticon I am going to make an animated thank you note to the colleague.
