“Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose” ¯ Eckhart Tolle
With the passage of time, maintenance gets progressively easier, I'm finding. For me, it's been finding a personal routine or system of careful food-intake tracking. Twice a month, I enjoy two big meals - with all the sugar, fat, and starch I could imagine! They're feasts, and I anticipate them with a great deal of pleasure :)
So far, so good...
Accurate tracking is the most powerful tool I use in keeping unwanted pounds from creeping back on. Accountability is key for me; there are no substitutions.
Thank you so much for posting on my blog,,,, your comments were encouraging ,,,,, and they were kind ,,,,,,, My determination was never been very strong,,,, never quite believed in myself,,, but I figured,,, SO WHAT IF I FAIL? I need to believe that I can do this....... it seems like an impossible dream,,,, but a dream without a plan is merely a wish,,,,,, I made up a plan,,, now I have to follow it! Thank you for believing in me!
I was amazed at how well you have been doing on your journey,,, 70 lbs? Really? That is incredible! Wishing you a wonderful week
Thank you so much for commenting on my blog. I need all the inspiration and encouragement I can get. I couldn't agree with you more: I can exercise all I want, but food tracking is going to be the key to my success.
