Believe me, when I first started out I couldn't do a lot of the exercises I do now! Especially the bosu...I couldn't even get up on the black side. It all comes with practice. I hated burpees at first too but even if you do them slow, you are still doing it. I like the burpee because it is a full body workout move!
Maybe we should make a fitness date instead of a restaurant!! I'm on a roll and want to limit my "outside" eating however, if we found a park or something half way in between us we could walk some miles and then eat some egg whites and turkey sausage!!
Hey, I didn't know you were sparking!! A reverse plank is being on all fours with your head facing up, hands angled towards your feet (I think), and heels up. Look on youtube, they should have an example.
