To gain back my health, and happiness!!!
I am 32, and I am looking for buddies to help motivate & inspire me on my weight loss journey, and I would love to do the same! Please feel free to add me as a buddy so we can help each other with this weight los journey!!! This is it...I am going for it this time! I have had have battled with my weight all my life. At 12 yrs old I went from 141 lbs down to 86 lbs and became anorexic & bulimic for a few years. After high school my weight kept creeping back up. In 2005 my weight skyrocketed because I delivered my son prematurely at 28 weeks (he was 2lbs, 3 oz) due to pre-eclampsia which gave me high blood pressure and a lot of water retention. I have not been able to lose the weight I had gained with my pregnancy. I am an emotional eater. My Dr. recently told me I needed to lose the weight or I would need to take drastic alternative measures which I don't want to do. I look forward to meeting a lot of new people and seeing everyone's success with weight loss!!!

My Goals:
I want to reach my monthly goals by losing 2 lbs a week. I want to be able to run, swim, play tennis, and rollerblade again. My ultimate goal is to get down to a healthy weight where I look good and feel good about myself again. I want to live a long time to see my son grow up and so I can meet my grandchildren someday.
My Program:
I am trying to eat less processed foods, less "white" foods. I am trying to eat more whole foods & drink more water. , I am watching my calories & portions.
