Summer Plan

I've been getting fit after joining a gym almost 3 years ago. Time for the last 24 pounds to come off! I have time to devote to my diet and even more exercise time during the summer when I'm not teaching, so here goes....

I really want to be in the 150s in time for my 35 year reunion in one month! Next-into the 140s for the sstart of school in August. My big fitness goal is to run my first half marathon in September.
