I'm so happy you are back, because I missed the crap out of you!
While you were gone, I felt the need to go back to basics, too. I'd slacked off my exercise, only doing the challenge videos and not adding in the cardio, so my fitness suffered a bit. I think my mood and my motivation are so incredibly linked to exercising regularly.
Now, I'm weighing and measuring again, tracking all my food and recording every fitness minute. I'd even neglected climbing stairs, but I'm back doing that now, too.
I'd love to hear all about your trip, if you'd care to share! Isn't it funny how sometimes we need to take what we think is a step backwards in order to propel ourselves forward? I think you are definitely on the right track with your exercise and most importantly, it's sustainable!
