Making health a priority...finally.

Hi all...I've always made an effort to eat somewhat healthy and exercise. Over the years life has become much more stressful and my body is suffering because of it. I now have chronic disc/arthritis issues in my back and torn meniscus and baker's cyst in my knee. Talk about a wake up call! I don't ever want physical problems to become daily limitations. So I've decided to make eating right, working out consistently, and finding ways to relieve stress my top priorities. One day at a time...
