I have been heavy for most of my life. It has been a life long battle to get to and stay at a decent weight. It is my goal to get to a healthy weight and stay there for the rest of my life. There have been a lot of excuses and reasons why it has not happened so far. I am determined to conquer this and will be persistent throughout this process.

My Goals:
My exercise goal is to do at least 10 minutes a day and seeing how long of a streak I can build up. I will work towards flexibility and upper body strength by doing strength training 3 times a week.
My Program:
I will try to exercise earlier in the day to insure that I fit it in. Then if there is time I will exercise more later.
