    I can relate to your story, I'm 62 now and I lost around 65 pounds 4-5 years ago and although I've kept most of it off, I keep creeping up again before getting back to tracking what I eat and getting some of it off, but each time it seems like it's a little harder to take it off again and I've never gotten back down quite as far as I did 4 1/2 years ago. I've decided to take a more active approach this time by using Spark for more than just logging my food and exercise. Hoping that maybe putting myself out there by interacting with other people on Spark that I'll be able to get more consistent with eating healthier instead of all the sudden going off on a binge again and putting pounds back on that I worked so hard to get rid of!
