On My Way to a Healthier Life
I am a mom of two who is determined to stay healthy for my family. Both my parents past away when they were very young of cancer. I have made healthy choices and habits, and learned from their mistakes. I hope to keep up my success and live a long, long life!

My Goals:
New Goals-(1) Hike one of the NH mountains. (2) Work out each morning for at least 30 minutes a day. 1st Goal - to get below 170, that has not happened in a long time. (Done) 2nd Goal- to be able to run a mile (done) Long Term Goal - run a 5K( done 5/16/13) and outlive my parents age of death (46 and 51)
My Program:
Diet - eat lots of healthy foods. Now eating very few processed foods. Exercise - work out every morning before my brain realizes what I'm doing. Usually work out for 30 minutes or so. I also walk laps at recess duty each day.
