My Program:
To get back to my ideal weight I am eating healthy, being really heavy on veggies and trying to avoid fast food, biscuits, huge decadent desserts....
I also go for a walk every day with my dogs - and that is a brisk walk of couple miles.
I am going to run and strengh train regularly, I see that it is a big help, just really need to be consistent!
