My Goals:
Weight loss goal for 2015:
Keep losing weight!

Fitness goal:
I want to be able to go hiking for the day. At the moment my knees are still not happy with my weight and prevent me from going on much longer than 3/4-hour hikes. But little by little, I believe I'll get there!

My Program:
*WEIGHT LOSS
Eat small quantities (WLS in November 2014) 6 times a day.

*FITNESS
1 or 2 hikes/walks every weekend (3 to 7 hours in total, with a photo blog for the fun and to keep myself accountable) and walks or stationary bike twice a week depending on the weather.

Personal Information:
I am French and live just outside Paris. I am 6ft (no, French women aren't all 'petite'!).
I love to travel and I have a passion for jazz (Cool West Coast).

Other Information:

Bonjour Claire, J'aime bien la photo de fleurs au fond de ta page! Je suis en train de préparer pour un voyage en Thaïlande et aussi quelque part en France en octobre. Peut-être le Basque région. Une fois, je voudrais faire une promenade à bateau sur les canaux français, mais je viens toujours en automne et peut-être il fait trop froid pendant cette saison. Je ne sais pas! Je pense à toi. Comment ça va ta mère? J'utilise les semelles par Superfeet et elles m'aident beaucoup. Mon podologue m'a recommandé et aussi l'exacte genre de Superfeet à acheter. Aussi des exercises pour étirement de muscles et tendons de pied. emoticon
