Weight loss goal for 2015: Keep losing weight!
Fitness goal: I want to be able to go hiking for the day. At the moment my knees are still not happy with my weight and prevent me from going on much longer than 3/4-hour hikes. But little by little, I believe I'll get there!
*WEIGHT LOSS Eat small quantities (WLS in November 2014) 6 times a day.
*FITNESS 1 or 2 hikes/walks every weekend (3 to 7 hours in total, with a photo blog for the fun and to keep myself accountable) and walks or stationary bike twice a week depending on the weather.
I am French and live just outside Paris. I am 6ft (no, French women aren't all 'petite'!). I love to travel and I have a passion for jazz (Cool West Coast).

Hi Claire Piyo is a mix of pilates and yoga and cardio all mixed together and it is really tough moving from planks to down dogs to squats to kicks while planking. It is sold by beach body and it is really good for the abs and torso and all other muscles and it is a killer workout. My coworker is a beach body coach and so she kept asking me to try it so I told her that if she let me borrow her dvd's to try it that I would consider buying it. I think I probably will buy it because it is an amazing ab workout and that is where I still have the most body fat so perhaps I can get rid of some of it. After 2 kids, I don't think it will all be going away though! You should look it up on youtube! It is so much "fun"!!! Hope you are having a great Sunday and that you will have a wonderful week.
