Weight loss goal for 2015: Keep losing weight!
Fitness goal: I want to be able to go hiking for the day. At the moment my knees are still not happy with my weight and prevent me from going on much longer than 3/4-hour hikes. But little by little, I believe I'll get there!
*WEIGHT LOSS Eat small quantities (WLS in November 2014) 6 times a day.
*FITNESS 1 or 2 hikes/walks every weekend (3 to 7 hours in total, with a photo blog for the fun and to keep myself accountable) and walks or stationary bike twice a week depending on the weather.
I am French and live just outside Paris. I am 6ft (no, French women aren't all 'petite'!). I love to travel and I have a passion for jazz (Cool West Coast).

I was over joyed to reach 'overweight' it has taken a long time, I have learned so much along the way about how food is processed and what is required for me. A lot of the time is also learning to use other tools when I have stress than running to food.
I feel it is not only the outside that has changed but also the person I am.
