My Goals:
Weight loss goal for 2015:
Keep losing weight!

Fitness goal:
I want to be able to go hiking for the day. At the moment I can do 4-5-hour hikes. Little by little, I'll get there!

My Program:
*WEIGHT LOSS
Eat from everything (healthy) in small quantities

*FITNESS
1 or 2 hikes/walks every weekend (3 to 7 hours in total, with a photo blog for the fun and to keep myself accountable) and walks twice a week.

Personal Information:
I am French and live just outside Paris. I am 6ft (no, French women aren't all 'petite'!).

I love to travel and I am lucky to have a job (I work for an international NGO) that allows me to travel a lot, mostly throughout the developing world...

Other Information:
Thank you so much for the support I receive here from Sparkpeople and my Sparkfriends! It is helping me make my way towards a lighter life, body and mind...

Thanks for the blog comment. It is time to break the plateaus! Time to get up and move more, to be more careful about what we eat. It's true that working from home can make it a bit more difficult to lose weight, especially if you have a seated type of job. It's easy to not get up and move around, there's an abundance of food just out in the kitchen and you can snack all you want because there's no supervisor coming around to check on your work!

J'espère que tu vas bien et que le travail chez toi ne te gêne pas beaucoup.

J'ai lu un article sur l'orthographe changeant en France! Qu'est-ce que tu en penses? J'aime la langue française donc je suis un peu conservatrice sur ce sujet emoticon
