Weight loss goal for 2015: Keep losing weight!
Fitness goal: I want to be able to go hiking for the day. At the moment my knees/ back are still not happy with my weight and prevent me from going on much longer than 3/4-hour hikes. But little by little, I believe I'll get there!
*WEIGHT LOSS Eat small quantities (WLS in November 2014)
*FITNESS 1 or 2 hikes/walks every weekend (3 to 7 hours in total, with a photo blog for the fun and to keep myself accountable) and walks twice a week.
I am French and live just outside Paris. I am 6ft (no, French women aren't all 'petite'!).
I love to travel and I am lucky to have a job (I work for an international NGO) that allows me to travel a lot, mostly throughout the developing world...

Vous parlez anglais parfaitment. Est-ce que vous l'avez appris à l'école? Je me souviens que je parle français aussi bien que vous parlez anglais. J'aime bien faire les promenades comme vous, mais j'aime aussi faire du vélo. J'ai commencé à apprendre le français quand j'avais 60 ans.
