My Goals:
Run Pat's Run - no walking!

My other goal -- my *dream* goal -- is to see the terracotta warriors in China!

GOAL MET: My goals are to learn how to eat healthy, tasty meals while keeping within a reasonable quantity / calorie count. (I've got the tasty part down!)

GOAL MET: Quit smoking

GOAL MET: Quit drinking

GOAL MOSTLY MET: Give up soda pop.

My Program:
Continue tracking my nutrition (wow, that makes such a difference!) and my exercise program so that I can meet my weight loss goals and be healthy.

Personal Information:
I recently moved back to Arizona from Cairo, Egypt. No husband, no kids -- but I'm making friends here, slowly but surely, and I have two adorable cats, and family all around me so I never feel alone.

Other Information:
I'm training for Pat's Run in April (close to my one-year anniversary).
