Just for the Health of It

In December of 2003 I lost my wife and youngest daughter in a tragic automobile accident. I spent the next several years eating, drinking and, generally feeling sorry for myself.
I finally realized there is still a whole lot to live for, such as the rest of my wonderful family and friends.
Now I'm back on the road to rejuvenation.

Hi. It's been six years since I lost my husband and I did the same thing, ate and drunk trying to deal with my grief.

Good luck on your journey
