I've been trying "intuitive eating". Have you heard of the idea? It's about not counting calories but eating when your body needs it, etc. I'm hoping it will improve my attitude about being healthy. I've also used my treadmill the last 2 nights - yay!
Are you getting excited about your cruise?! Which one are you taking?

Hey you! I thought I hadn't heard from you in awhile, and then I found your post! I've been taking baby steps towards my goals and participating in that 15-day challenge, but I've stayed at about the same weight. I brought my treadmill inside so I can actually use it, I'm excited!
That kayak is amazing! It looks like so much fun!!! It's nice to have a fun adventure to plan for :)

It wa triple digits here yesterday so I didn't cardio and my food wasn't great. Today I WILL eat better, but cardio depends on the heat.
I put a link to the kayak we picedout below. I used to sail and Paul has been wanting to get me a little one person sail boat. We want to lake, river, ocean kayaking. We want to do up to week long camping trips. This one word for everything. It is easy to strip down to just the kayak without the sail and pontoons or the sail can be furled and the pontoons folded to the side of the boat. The peddles come in an out There are tramplines to go onto the pontoons to make it an actual cat that can hold a lot of gear, even our surf boards or diving gear. There are jibs and spinniders available to add and we saw some nifty DIY modifications on YouTube. It will do everything except white water.
I'm going to sell our other kayaks and canoes,my surf board, and porsche to buy it. I'm really excited. We have a week long trip wiith some friend planned for next year. That is why we were shopping for it.

I worked out today! Now you can't yell at me for not doing it!!!!!! Yay. My food wasn't totally on-track today, but I'm not counting calories right now anyway, just focusing on eating decent portions and not over doing it on stuff I don't need.
Yay for kayak shopping! We used to do all kinds of kayaking/rafting/water sports when I was younger - the good 'ole days!!
