Run, Forrest, run!

Coming down from a high weight of 252 or so. Now I'm working on maintaining, mostly, curbing unhealthy and mindless habits, and running for my life. Who'd-a thunk it?

Maintain my healthy weight of around 130.

MET 5/2/09 - 3:54:19!:
Goal: Finish first marathon in May. Pipe dream? Do it in less than five hours.

MET 6/21/08:
Goal: Finish the 10-mile Lighthouse in less than 1:45:00

MET 4/26/08:
Goal: a sub-35 minute 5K time.

BOTH GOALS MET:
I would love to get my weight down to around 150. Mostly, though, I would like to be able to run ten miles without dying. ;-)

- Focusing on good nutrition to fuel my running needs
